Job Purpose:

Responsible for assisting in a variety of assigned legal projects. Provides advice and support on legal matters involving company compliance with governmental and regulatory standards. May coordinate legal matters requiring external legal assistance. Primary responsibility for assisting with procurement related matters. Works independently, other than where supervision may be required on very complex matters.
